SUBMITTED → … → PUBLISHED_UNVERIFIED etc. No publish until PII redacted, all audit logged.

“As is” — Reports are user claims, not Janai’s. No guarantee of accuracy.

9. Governing law

Laws of Bangladesh (ICT Act 2006, CSA 2023). Disputes → negotiation → courts of Bangladesh.
